These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PT Armina Mandiri Wisata ("We") and prospective pilgrims ("You") regarding the registration and implementation of the Umrah/Hajj journey.
- Document Registration
Prospective pilgrims must complete the required documents, including: Original Passport (minimum of 2 syllables), Passport Photo, ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), and Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate. Documents must be submitted no later than 1 month before departure. - Cancellation Policy
Unilateral cancellations after payment will incur an administrative fee and cancellation fee from the airline/hotel, in accordance with the cancellation deadline.
